GUGA Global Foundation Brings Relief to Families in Danja with Maize Support

Smiles lit up faces in Danja as GUGA Global Foundation reached out once again to support vulnerable families with much-needed food supplies. This time, the Foundation distributed raw maize at its Danja office, giving hope to those struggling with daily meals.

For many families, this gesture was more than food—it was a reminder that they are not forgotten.

Founded in 2018, GUGA Global Foundation (RC: IT-107242) has become a beacon of compassion across Katsina State and beyond. Under the leadership of Abduljabbar Surajo Guga, the foundation has consistently worked to uplift the less privileged through education, welfare programs, and community empowerment projects.

This isn’t the first time the Foundation has stepped in with timely support. In July 2025, the Funtua Zonal Office provided maize to struggling households, while in Danja LGA, orphans in Makwalla community received roofing sheets to shelter their homes. These small but powerful acts of kindness continue to change lives one step at a time.

“The core of our mission is to bring immediate relief and lasting support to the most vulnerable,” a spokesperson from GUGA Global Foundation explained. “By providing maize today, we are not just fighting hunger—we are restoring dignity and giving families hope.”
