Hon. Abdullahi Tanko Yakasai Sends Heartfelt Islamic New Year Greetings to Muslims Worldwide
The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Community Engagement for the Northwest, Hon. Abdullahi Tanko Yakasai, has extended warm wishes to Muslims across Nigeria and around the world as they welcome the new Islamic year, 1447 AH.
In his message, Hon. Yakasai shared his joy at the start of the new Hijri year and encouraged everyone to embrace it as a time of prayer, reflection, and unity.
“Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim. On behalf of my office and my family, I wish all Muslims — especially here in our dear Nigeria — a very peaceful and prosperous Islamic New Year. May Allah (SWT) shower His countless blessings upon us all,” he said.
“Let us use this moment to renew our commitment to peace, progress, and togetherness. Sabuwar shekara mai albarka to everyone. Taqabbal Allahu minna wa minkum.”
He also called on Nigerians to keep praying for the nation’s growth and stability as well as for the entire Muslim Ummah worldwide.
